Kya had a sleepover with her cousins. Those girls are three peas in a pod. They always have so much fun together, its great to have such wonderful families. I asked them to pretend they were sleeping...they were pretty convincing.
Christmas Eve was spent at my parents home. We watched church videos of the birth of Christ and they really enjoyed that. Opening jammies from Gma and Gpa Morgan...too much fun. And of course trying to get pictures. Zander is such a comedian...I asked him to smile and he kept telling me, "I be silly". And silly he was. Of course with a little bribing...we got a smile.
Christmas morning was very nice at our house. Just the four of us and my little stocking stuffer, Ozzy. Kya was excited that Santa had eaten the cookies and milk...and even the Elf got a cookie. Zander was so excited about the presents, he went around to everyone, even Ozzy, and was telling everyone "Merry Christmas". He makes me laugh.
After all the fun of presents, we got ready for church. This year our colors were purple...which Kya loved. What a great day to have Christmas, to be able to go to church and really celebrate the reason of the season.
