Silliness...and the Fair.

I think it is time to get rid of the bumper pads...wouldn't you say.
This is how I found him playing after his nap.
What a goof!

As we do most every year...we went to the Grace Idaho Fair this past weekend. Of course I had to leave early and come home to work. But we had fun. Fair food...yum, the parade (I have to always make fun of, because the parade goes up and down main street, TWICE, to make it a good parade), but Kya really got into it this year. She told me to "shoose" when the horses were coming and she put her hand on her heart. (of course this was for the flag, but she thought it was for the horses)
Aside from being sick, both kids had a great weekend.

Kya was excited about daddy's catch on Saturday.
Carl was pretty excited too. He got to go fishing with his grandpa from Wyoming, which I know grandpa really enjoyed.

A few collages of the fair and parade.

A little TUMS anyone?

I know what you mean about the Grace fair. You gotta love it. I also think it is funny that the parade goes up the street and back down. The first time I seen this I just laughed. I guess that is what happens when you marry a man from Grace. Sure wish we would of ran into you guys. I would have loved to have seen your new little one.

Fun fun! We love the fair too. Something fun to look forward to every summer. And great job on that fish, Carl! What a catch!

Looks like a lot of fun. When is the TF Fair? Is it crazy that I'm kind of excited that I'll be in town for it this year?
PS: I saw your blog comment. Mom said that Ethan looks just like I did when I was a baby...so he must be all mine!

Great pictures. I wish I wasn't so busy during the fair so I could spend more time with you. The kids are always a joy.
