Hunting, snowman and accidents

Carl got his deer. Yay, he was so excited and he came home early too, because he got one so quick. The kids and Carl went up to the south hills to hunt all week. My mother-in-law went up to help with the kids. I stayed back to work at the gym. He got his deer on Thursday and they came home that night. Congrats Carl...my "great white hunter".

The kids were intrigued with the deer too.
They had more fun playing in the snow in the hills. I have two very outdoorsy kids.

I sure missed these guys.
Then we finally got a good snow fall yesterday, so we bundled up and went out to make a snowman. Kya was very concerned about making sure he had a scarf, a hat, buttons for the mouth and a carrot for the nose. She was so excited.

And Zander just wanted to eat the snow. "watch out for the yellow snow". Those pictures didn't want to load, I will try those later.

Then we went to play on the razor in the hills in Twin. It was fun and the kids were having a blast...until our little accident.

Carl and I heading out for our little ride...it was so fun, until be hit a rock or a hole or something. This is me before....
....and after.

November...National Adoption Month

"An adopted child isn’t an unloved child; rather, one that was loved so much by someone who was willing to sacrifice her greatest accomplishment so that child could have more than just her love. Someone who is willing to break her own heart to mend others; someone who watches others tears of joy through her tears of sorrow."
